ICON 2026 may have ended, but much of its value is only beginning.

The conversation you started may become a relationship.

The insight you wrote down may become a better decision.

The woman who challenged your thinking may become someone who continues walking beside you.

Events create energy quickly.

Momentum is created by what you do after the energy settles.

Before the details begin fading, revisit the names, ideas, questions, and commitments that mattered most.

Do not attempt to preserve the entire experience.

Choose what deserves continuation.

The badge has come off. Now the leadership begins.

Complete this sentence: “The one thing I refuse to leave at ICON is ______.”

Before you move directly into the next task, pause long enough to recognize what you did.

You entered the room.

You made the trip.

You started conversations.

You listened, learned, contributed, and allowed yourself to be seen.

Perhaps everything did not happen exactly as you imagined. Professional growth rarely does.

What matters is that you now have more information, more relationships, more perspective, and another experience helping shape how you will lead.

Celebrate the woman who showed up at ICON 2026.

Then use what she learned to help the next version of your business move forward.

Complete this sentence in the comments: “After ICON 2026, I am leaving with more ______.”

Perhaps you introduced yourself confidently.

Perhaps you hesitated.

Maybe you attended every session you planned.

Maybe your energy changed and you adjusted.

Maybe one conversation felt awkward while another reminded you exactly why you came.

Reflection is valuable when it gives you useful information. It becomes harmful when it turns every imperfect moment into evidence that you failed.

Begin with what you did well.

Then identify one adjustment for the next event. Not ten. One.

You are allowed to be proud of how you showed up and still become more intentional next time.

That is what growth looks like.

What is one thing you are genuinely proud of from your ICON experience? Celebrate it in the comments.

Not every woman you met at ICON belongs in the same category, and that is a good thing.

Some connections may become collaborations.

Some may lead to referrals.

Some may become clients or strategic partners.

Others may become peers, mentors, supporters, or friends who continue expanding how you think.

Do not judge the value of a relationship only by whether it creates an immediate sale.

Sort your connections by mutual relevance and the type of relationship that naturally makes sense. Then choose your top five follow-ups based on clarity, not pressure.

A network becomes powerful when every relationship is respected for what it can authentically become.

Which type of connection did you make most at ICON: collaborator, client, referral partner, mentor, peer, or new friend?

It is easy to measure an event only by the business that closes immediately afterward.

That is one form of return, but it is not the only one.

ICON may have given you a clearer message, a stronger introduction, a future referral relationship, a new partnership idea, renewed confidence, or an insight that prevents an expensive mistake.

Some results arrive quickly. Others compound through decisions and relationships over time.

As you reflect, ask:

What did I learn?
Who expanded my perspective?
What action will improve my business?
What relationship deserves continued investment?

The value of the experience may still be developing.

What is one return you received from ICON that cannot be measured only in dollars?

A successful event is not measured by how many business cards you collect.

You do not need to introduce yourself to every person at ICON. You do not need to move through the room as quickly as possible. You do not need to turn every conversation into a potential sale.

Focus on creating fewer, stronger connections.

Ask thoughtful questions. Listen closely. Pay attention to the women whose values, experiences, or goals align with yours. Allow the conversation to develop before trying to determine what it could become.

The strongest business relationships are rarely built through pressure. They are built through trust, relevance, and continued care.

Meet the right people well. That will carry you much further than meeting everyone briefly.

What helps a professional conversation feel genuine to you? Share your answer and save this for ICON.

There is something different about entering a room filled with women from different industries, backgrounds, experiences, and stages of business who have all chosen to keep growing.

The right room can challenge your assumptions.

It can introduce you to a solution you had not considered. It can remind you that a challenge you are facing is not yours alone. It can connect you with a woman whose experience changes how you see your next step.

ICON 2026 is not only about what happens onstage.

It is also about the hallway conversation, the introduction between sessions, the shared laugh at the end of a long day, and the moment another woman helps you recognize what is possible.

Tag the woman you are excited to learn from, reconnect with, or finally meet at ICON.

At a large professional event, your energy is one of your most valuable resources.

Every session, introduction, decision, and conversation requires some of it.
That does not mean limiting yourself. It means becoming more intentional about where you invest your attention.

Choose the sessions that directly support your goals. Step away for a few minutes when your mind needs space. Eat before you are completely drained. Decline an invitation when rest will help you show up more fully the next day.

There is no award for attending every possible activity while absorbing very little from any of them.

Protecting your energy is not withdrawing from the experience. It is helping yourself remain present for the opportunities that matter most.

Save this as your reminder to schedule at least one intentional reset during every full ICON day.

Your ICON 2026 experience does not begin at registration.

It begins with the decisions you make before you arrive.

What do you want to learn?
Who would you genuinely like to meet?
What challenge in your business needs a fresh perspective?
How do you want to feel when the event ends?

Without intention, a full event can quickly become a blur of sessions, conversations, photos, and notes.

Choose three outcomes before you enter the room: one relationship to begin, one problem to explore, and one action to take when you return home.

You cannot control every opportunity that may appear, but you can prepare yourself to recognize the right ones.

What is your number-one intention for ICON 2026? Share it below so we can enter the room with purpose together.

Every skill you learn becomes part of your future business.

Sometimes women ask,

"Is it worth learning this?"

A better question might be,

"Who could I become if I did?"

Every new skill strengthens your confidence.

Every new experience expands your perspective.

Every challenge prepares you for the next opportunity.

Nothing you learn is ever wasted.

What new skill do you believe will have the biggest impact on your business?
