11 Years of Magic: A Journey with Monic 🌟

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? 😭💖 Today marks an incredible milestone - 11 YEARS since Monic and I started this crazy, beautiful journey together! 🎉🥳

It all began on that fateful day, 07/24/2013, when Monic said "Yes" to working with me. Who would have thought that posting Craigslist ads would lead to THIS? 😂 From those humble beginnings to becoming the powerhouse COO of my company, Monic has been my rock, my partner-in-crime, and quite literally, my better half in business! 💼✨

We've been through it ALL, folks. The highs, the lows, the tears, the laughter - we've conquered mountains and weathered storms together. 🏔️⛈️ Every success, every failure, we've faced them hand in hand. And let me tell you, there's no one else I'd rather have by my side! 👫💪

Monic, you are the yin to my yang, the peanut butter to my jelly, the... well, you get the idea! 😆 Your kindness, creativity, and unwavering work ethic never cease to amaze me. You're not just hardworking and accountable - you're the very definition of reliability. I trust you with my life, and that's no exaggeration! ❤️

Happy Birthday, Grace!

Making my VAs feel special is one of my passions! Grace, one of my executive assistants, is like my personal lifesaver. Without her, I'd be late to meetings, miss important client emails, and struggle to stay on top of my to-dos.🤩

Every morning, I do a brain dump on Grace so she can organize my scattered thoughts, action items, and tasks. It’s a game-changer, reducing my stress and ensuring all my must-dos are done.

Many of us don’t feel seen or heard, especially on our birthdays. That’s why, when I created my business and our VA community, I made sure everyone got a cake to celebrate their special day.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing best practices in accounting. Knowledge of US Taxation and payroll experience are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate insightful financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the organization's budgeting process.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather information for budgeting and forecasting.
