Six years ago, a self-proclaimed “rockstar” walked into InfiniteCS and we’re incredibly glad she did.
Today, August 10, 2026, we proudly celebrate Belle’s 6th Work Anniversary with InfiniteCS.
Her story with us actually began a few weeks earlier than August 10, 2020, when she submitted her application on July 24, 2020. She came in with no BPO experience, but she came armed with years of experience in school administration, data management, bookkeeping, coordinating with institutions and government agencies and, as she confidently put it “a whole lot of confidence and determination and an appetite for learning.”
We invited her for an exam and interview.
She was actually late. 😄
But what could have been a bad first impression turned into something completely different. Belle was honest about it, carried herself with confidence, and impressed us with her sincerity, determination, and willingness to learn.
So we took a chance on that “rockstar.”
And what happened next has been one of those career journeys that makes you proud to have been part of it.
She started as an Inside Sales Representative, became Teammate of the Month multiple times, grew into a POC, then a Team Leader, and eventually became the Operations Supervisor she is today.
Six years is significant because it is long enough to build something that lasts.
In numerology, 6 is traditionally associated with responsibility, service, harmony, commitment, and leadership and those qualities seem remarkably fitting when we look at Belle’s journey. Six years isn't simply about time served. It's about the people you've helped, the challenges you've overcome, the lessons you've learned, and the trust you've earned along the way.
Belle, you are a great example of what can happen when confidence is matched with humility, determination is matched with hard work, and the willingness to learn never stops.
From the girl who applied saying she was a rockstar, to the leader entrusted with helping guide our operations today you didn't just grow with InfiniteCS.
You helped grow InfiniteCS.
Thank you for the loyalty, resilience, energy, and leadership you've given us over these six years. Thank you for choosing to stay, choosing to learn, choosing to step up, and choosing to keep getting better.
We are proud of the journey you've taken, grateful for everything you've contributed, and excited for everything that's still ahead.
Six years down. And knowing Belle, this rockstar is nowhere near done. 🤘
