Now, how do you give an award to someone you've known for 26 years?

Huge congrats to our man – a new winner, an old friend, and 100% deserving.

What makes this even better is that he becomes the FOURTH different Teammate of the Month winner for 2026. January. February. March. April. Four straight months, four different people stepping up and setting the tone.

That says a lot about this team.

Today, we celebrate the women who somehow manage to do everything — lead, guide, support, sacrifice, work hard, and still find ways to care for everyone around them. Moms truly are the original multitasking legends. No meetings needed. No training required. Just pure skill and patience. 👏

A special shoutout as well to OS Belle — our bingo queen, "master chef" and a strong, steady woman leader who continues to lead with heart, consistency, and grace. 👑🎱

And to TL Joyce, our mom-to-be in just a few months — congratulations! Parenthood is loading, and we already know you’ll handle it with the same reliability and quiet excellence you’ve shown since day one. 👶✨

Another productive People Management Meeting successfully wrapped up! 💼🔥

Big thanks to our HR Team, Operations Team, and everyone who participated in today’s discussion where we went through the ENTIRE employee handbook, aligned expectations, clarified policies, and answered HR-related questions openly and collaboratively. 🤝📘

Safe to say… a lot of questions were answered today. Some serious, some funny, and some that made everyone suddenly very attentive. 👀😂

Today, we celebrate three of the people who quietly (and sometimes not so quietly) keep InfiniteCS running at its best — EJ, Hannah, and Jamice on their work anniversaries with us.

EJ, our go-to IT guy (celebrating his third year with ICS)— the man behind the scenes who makes sure everything works before anyone even notices there could be a problem. When things break, he fixes it. When things don’t break, it’s probably because of him. And proof that he fixes things? He followed up with our Operations Supervisor to double-check if Jamice’s work anniversary is today… and it is. Good job, EJ — even our records aren’t safe from you. 😄

Hannah, one of our elite “super teammates” (also celebrating her third with ICS)— reliable, adaptable, and consistent. Put her in any campaign, and she doesn’t just survive… she delivers. Every. Single. Time.

Jamice (celebrating her second with ICS)— we didn’t forget you. Somehow your anniversary mysteriously moved from today to May 5… we’re still investigating (EJ might already be on it). But what hasn’t changed is your impact and the value you bring to the team.

Three years in any company is already a big deal. But three years of impact, reliability, and growth? That’s rare.
