Some days you don’t need a new strategy… you need your nervous system on your side. 🫶🏽

Try my 24‑Hour Alignment Loop (simple… but advanced enough to shift results):
MORNING (Spirit) ✨
• 3 deep breaths + one sentence prayer/affirmation
• Ask: “What matters most today?”
MIDDAY (Life) 🌿
• 5‑minute reset: water + sunlight + shoulder drop
• Name it: “I’m safe. I’m here.”
WORK BLOCK (Business) 🎯
• One needle‑mover only (the thing that creates income/impact)
• 25 minutes focused… then 2 minutes breathe/stand
EVENING (Integration) 🕯️
• Quick review: Win / Lesson / Release
• Close the loop: write tomorrow’s ONE priority
