You can be exceptionally good at something...and still discover it isn't the right foundation for your business.
Expertise matters.
But expertise becomes commercially valuable when it connects to a customer and a problem worth solving.
Before building another offer around what you know, ask:
What have I mastered?
What can I reliably help someone do?
Who benefits most?
Who has the strongest need for that expertise?
What problem does it solve?
Is the problem important enough for someone to take action?
What is the payoff?
What becomes better because of your work?
That's the shift from simply having expertise to creating market value.
A purpose-driven business doesn't ignore profit.
It creates meaningful value and builds a sustainable model around delivering it.
