We believe organizations deserve more than information. They deserve the space, support, and accountability to actually implement what they’re learning.

READY. is a guided implementation cohort designed to help you strengthen the core of your organization while you’re doing the work, not months later when you finally have time or when a crisis forces you.

Together, we will move beyond ideas and begin checking off the things that position your organization for growth, funding, and long-term sustainability.

Because the goal isn’t simply to get grant ready. It is to build an organization that IS READY! READY. for opportunity, for scale, and for whatever comes next.

What happens when you put 70+ Black nonprofit leaders in a room and ask bigger questions?

You get transformational suggestions and high impact solutions!!!

Not: “How do we get more funding?”

But: “How do we change the conditions that determine who gets funded in the first place?”

Last week, we had the privilege of facilitating conversations on Vision and Leading Systemic Solutions during BNCEP’s Strategic Reset.

What emerged wasn’t a lack of ideas, resources, or commitment.

It was a reminder that the answers we seek often already exist within our community. The opportunity is to organize our relationships, expertise, influence, and collective power more intentionally.

Together, we wrestled with questions about sustainability, advocacy, infrastructure, and what it will take for BNCEP to thrive in its next chapter.

One thing became vividly clear...

The future won’t be built by any one organization. It will be built by leaders willing to align around something bigger than themselves.

Grateful to BNCEP for creating the space. Honored to support the vision of Kelly S. Woodland and join the amazing team led by Folasshade Dunbar that championed the Strategic Reset meeting!

Grateful to every leader who showed up fully.

And grateful to continue doing work where vision, strategy, infrastructure, and community meet.
