A few snapshots from an incredible night celebrating the grand opening of 4th Street Plaza!

Downtown Frisco’s Rail District is such a special place, and seeing the plaza filled with people, music, laughter, and community was everything we hoped for when designing this space.

This is what placemaking is all about—creating spaces that bring people together, spark connections, and become part of a community’s story.

Cheers to the next chapter for Downtown Frisco!

The entry at M3 Ranch in Mansfield is designed as a layered landscape experience. A series of lakes connected by cascading stone weirs creates movement through the community, while native plantings, integrated lighting, and Corten steel signage establish a strong identity and sense of arrival.

At this Texas ranch, the landscape architecture creates a thoughtful transition between architecture and the surrounding open space. Native and adaptive plantings, natural materials, and carefully framed vistas create a setting that feels both intentional and completely at home in the landscape.

Our team spent time at 4th Street Plaza in Frisco, getting an up-close look at the construction process and seeing how design decisions are brought to life in the field. Experiences like this are invaluable for young designers, highlighting the critical role that accurate documentation and coordination play in turning great ideas into successful projects.
