Why was this accepted? Seven Times in Daniel and Revelation God tells the reader to use 360-Day years when calculating time within His two 3.5 year prophetic timelines and Daniel’s 70th weeks prophecy…..which brackets the 2000 year Church Age. But Darby cast this aside and rewrote the prophecy based on 365-day years twisting the timelines. He replaced Jesus Christ and the New Covenant with the Anti-Christ and his obscure covenant with a future leader of Israel! Darby was an obsure man in the mid-19th century who may have been influenced by Marxism and Darwinian Evolution taking root and growing in influence around him and his friends. His actions and conversation changed the course of modern Prophecy timelines and events by making a few changes in scripture. He was compelled by this "new thought" that was spreading through Europe --and chose to Glorify science over God. By a simple conversion from God ordained 360-day year to a more pragmatic 365-day year he severed the "Scarlet Thread" and broke the harmony of scripture from Genesis to Revelation.
