Open enrollment is officially underway! This week, our account executives had the opportunity to visit a client and participate in a panel discussion to help educate their HR team on upcoming plan changes. There's no substitute for connecting directly with our clients and working together to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

We recently came together for our Town Hall to reflect on the progress we’ve made so far this year and look ahead to what’s next at WebTPA.

Highlights included being recognized once again as a Top Workplace, the continued success of our WebStars employee recognition program, and the progress our teams are making as we explore new ways to use AI and automation responsibly across our organization.

As we head into the rest of 2026, we’re excited about new business opportunities and continuing to deliver for our clients and the millions of members. We’re proud of what our teams have accomplished and looking forward to what’s ahead.

Last week for our Summer of Service event, WebTPA employees and their families partnered with Irving Cares to support its food pantry. A day spent sorting, packing, and stocking food helped provide healthy meals to neighbors facing food insecurity. We're grateful to support Irving Cares and give back to the community we call home.
