If you're IN BUSINESS to make money AND serve... this one is for you.

I just got off of a FaceTime with my beloved Gram. She's 97. Now in a place that cares for her as she's not able to walk or do the things she did.

SHE FACETIMES ME.

Which reminded me - when I wanted to buy her a used iPad over 10 years ago. I didn't have the available money to buy it... and I ALMOST let the shame of not having an extra $300 be "a good reason" to NOT buy it.

INSTEAD, THANKFULLY, I looped my Mom & Uncle (Gram's children) in and asked them to pay $100 each. THEY DIDN'T SEE THE VALUE IN BUYING GRAM HAVING AN IPAD.

It wasn't personal. They just couldn't imagine Gram using it. She's not tech-inclined. She was 85+. They just couldn't see it as anything other than a waste of everyone's money and time.

I HELD MY VISION. I responded to every one of their (many) objections. NOT AS A *STRATEGY* BUT FROM A PLACE OF SERVICE.

I *knew* Gram would learn to use it and loooooove it.
I was RELENTLESS. Shameless. CLEAR in my vision and how her having this tool would BE GOOD FOR ALL OF US.

They said yes. Gram got her 1st iPad (she's on her 2nd now).

MANY TIMES, over the last 10+ years of her iPad having life, she has stopped to sincerely thank me for getting her on it.

She was active, healthy and not yet widowed when she got her first one. Now it is her lilfeline in her care home.

Now it is how she can SEE AND HEAR ME across thousands of miles. Same/same for her grandson, her great grandkids, etc.

THE BUSINESS LESSON IS THIS: your job isn't to make an offer ONCE and then recoil into doubt and confusion if/when the Potential Client or Potential Partner doesn't immediately recognize YOUR VISION.

Your job is to persist as an ACT OF LOVE. Your job it to present it to everyone who might be a great fit and STAND FOR IT AND THEM.

Business as an Act of Love.
Business as a Spiritual Practice and CONTRIBUTION to the world.

BOOM (BLOOM!).💚 The upper limit glass ceiling concept is real. It is meant to be broken through. YOU get to break through it.

Culture teaches lack & attack. We're trained to fear our innate POWER. Culture teaches “fitting in” over belonging.

Freedom is in BELONGING.

To Love, to your Self, to the whole interconnected world (in that order).

From a SOUL-full-place of: I AM… enough. You ARE… enough. We are ONE. A connected collective.

What I do to you I do to me.
What I see in you I have in me.

HENCE…

YOU get free WHILE you set others free.
YOU set others free WHILE you get free.

There’s no such thing as one way liberation.

💚 More creates more for all.
💚 Love is the most potent powerful energy in the multiverse. It heals. It reveals. It is always an option.

Change and transformation. I've been home from a fantastic transformational STAR retreat in South Africa with Martha Beck and I see it EVERYWHERE... changes.

You do not need to struggle. To stress. To SUFFER.

It does NOT make you more money.
