I am not sure if you apply now if you will get the same forgiveness. As stated before I applied in 2022. So this has been 4 years in the making.

🚨 STUDENT LOAN UPDATE 🚨

A federal appeals court has ordered the U.S. Department of Education to move forward with student loan relief promised under the Sweet v. McMahon settlement.

This settlement could provide relief for 500,000+ borrowers and represents over $23 billion in student loan cancellations. The largest student loan relief settlement yet.

Borrowers who qualify may receive loan discharges, refunds, and removal of student loans from credit reports.
