Driven by a lifelong commitment to promoting full inclusion and equality for people with disabilities, Michele works to create accessible and supportive opportunities in the workplace. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, she strives to break down barriers and ensure that everyone has the chance to succeed and thrive in their careers.

Jo Ann Batson, Employment Specialist

Jo Ann Batson was raised in Grapevine, Texas, but her roots always go back to San Benito, Texas where she spent all of her summers. Jo Ann is a former Special Education teacher, where she ran her own specialized units within the school district and found her love for helping students with disabilities thrive while also advocating for their needs. Jo Ann graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and received her Master’s in Education from University of Texas, Arlington. When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her husband and two boys, or she is either baking or reading. Jo Ann is excited to continue to help her clients grow, learn, and advocate for those transitioning into the workplace.
