We are thrilled to be hosting two distinguished speakers on Thursday Nov. 13th:

President at Management and Performance Systems. ASQ Instructor/Developer/Executive Mentor.
-Dr. Robert Spencer,
Professor, California State University. Editor for ASQ Quality Management Division Forum journal.
Event Agenda:
- The future of quality from a practical and academic perspective.
- Why should student consider quality as a career or as a major or minor study?
- The latest quality knowledge and the approach to publishing papers in the Journal for Quality Management Division.
- The efforts of ASQ @ UCF in raising awareness of quality in the UCF community.
