TNA CEO, Jamie Stanley, will be joining the West Ellis County nonprofits today to talk about leading with open hands.
We are excited to host our first Nonprofit Agency Training of 2025 today at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the new Midlothian City Hall. Our speaker today will be Jamie Stanley, Founder and CEO of The Nonprofit Advantage.

The Nonprofit Advantage founder and CEO, Jamie Stanley, has 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector in a variety of roles, including Executive Director, Board Member, Programming Director, and Development. The nonprofit industry knows Jamie Stanley for her passion, effectively serving communities, along with the management strategies to lead organizations through difficult transitions and overcoming hurdles. Work in a variety of nonprofits including, the Salvation Army, Big Thought, Life in Deep Ellum, Southwest Pregnancy Services, and Prestonwood Pregnancy Center, has given her valuable insight into effective management strategies unique to the sector. Jamie Stanley is an active public speaker and trainer and has had the privilege to speak broadly to equip and inspire audiences to show compassionate care to their communities and help nonprofits achieve their mission. In addition to working with nonprofit businesses as a trainer, consultant, and writer, she is an adjunct instructor at Nelson University. She graduated from Nelson University with a Bachelor of Science in Church Ministries and the University of Texas in Arlington with a Masters of Public Administration specializing in Urban Nonprofit Management. Jamie Stanley enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, as well as taking in a coffee and good conversation with friends. She enjoys traveling, most recently visiting Costa Rica and making day trips to unique small towns in Texas.
