How do you hire a planner?
There is only one way. Meet The Planner, In Person!

Talk with her, tell her your ideas. Tell her your budget. Find out if you and she will get along. Are your personalities in sinc? Is she available on your date? Haven't picked a date, yet, how about the month? Don't pick her brain over the phone and ask for specific packages & prices? The only fair phone questions are; Are you available on my wedding date?; Do you work in the city where my wedding will occur? When can we meet to discuss my wedding and the costs involved in your services?

Schedule an appointment where you both have no distractions. You can ask questions and talk about your wedding. She can listen, watch your expressions, get to know you, and present a fair estimate of what to expect from her. Have coffee, or tea, or something to drink and nibble while you get to know each other.

If you are planning a full service wedding, you are going to spend a lot of time with your planner. You want to enjoy the experience and have complete trust in her. She wants to enjoy the experience and know how to best serve your needs.
