MONTHLY ARTICLE IS HOT OFF THE PRESS!

I just published a new article about something that almost no one is really talking about…brand management.

Not branding.
Not marketing.

Brand management.

And if you’re thinking, “Wait… aren’t those all the same thing?”, kinda, but not really.

Most people lump all of it together, but they’re actually very different layers of a business.

Marketing is the visible stuff:
social media, ads, content, email campaigns, launches, promotions.

Brand management is the strategic layer above all of that.

It’s the thing that answers questions like:

• What does this brand actually stand for?
• How should the brand show up in the world?
• How should marketing reinforce that identity?
• How do we make sure our customers can experience our values at all times?

Without that layer, marketing can start to feel scattered… even if you’re doing all the “right” things.

That’s why I wrote this article.

Inside, I break down:

I just recorded a video on my Youtube where I literally walk through a funnel simulation with REAL numbers… like actual dollars… actual percentages...real dolla dolla bills y'all!

It’s wild what can happen when you add structure to the client journey!

The problem isn’t that you’re bad at sales (I meaaann maybe but that's for another time lolol). It’s typically because your offers lack STRUCTURE.

There is a difference between:
– A website
– A landing page
– A funnel

And no… they are not interchangeable. I break all of that down in the video.

Websites = informational.
Landing pages = one focused offer.
Funnels = a strategic series of pages designed to move someone through your offers on purpose.

In the video I mapped out a simple example:
Free guide → low ticket offer → mini 1:1 → higher package.
Then we plugged in 100 people.

Not 10,000.
Not viral TikTok numbers.
Just 100 humans.

And we watched how that could turn into real money… just by changing the flow.

Same audience.
Different structure.
Completely different result.
And it still projected $700 of recovered revenue!

And here’s the part that makes me crash out…

Some of you already HAVE traffic.
You already HAVE an opt-in.
You already HAVE emails going out.

But you’re leaving money on the table because there’s no intentional progression after that opt in!!! No upsell. No downsell. No next step.

You’re basically saying “here’s a free thing… even though you can pay me for more things rn".

😭😭😭

Funnels don’t replace your website. They enhance it. They guide people. They monetize attention intentionally.

If you’ve ever thought, “I feel like I should be making more from the traffic I already have”....you’re not crazy. You probably just need better architecture.

Funnels are NOT just email sequences and are not a mysterious, high-level marketing thing that only unethical, tricky, scammy tech bros or seven-figure brands seem to understand....that misunderstanding and perception is why so many businesses are stuck at the same revenue points and are leaving so much money on the table.

A funnel is a guided path leading to a curated experience resulting in an intentional action....not automation for automation’s sake. It’s how you stop overwhelming people with options and start leading them toward a decision that actually provides value to them AND benefits your business.

Most websites ask people to decide too much, too fast.
Funnels do the opposite. They slow things down, clarify the next step, and make action feel easy.
