To our valued Bollinger Fitness customers, please note that due to the harsh conditions caused by Winter Storm Uri across much of the country and at our distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, delivery of any orders placed on our website will most likely be delayed.
Our distribution center remains temporarily closed and all orders placed on or after Friday, February 12th will not be processed or shipped until we reopen later this week. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Since our distribution center (which also houses our corporate offices) is closed, customer service responses will be severely delayed. Please give us until the end of this week before attempting to inquiry further about the status of your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam folder for that information. We expect our offices to reopen and orders to be processed by the end of this week.
