Lean Dealers was started by Pedro Simao with the aim to help Car Dealership improve their overall business by applying LEAN Principles to their operations. Pedro Simao pioneered implementing Lean in his car dealerships back in 1990’s and the results were so impressive so they were visited by several institutions and later ICDP did a case study resulting in the book “Creating Lean Dealers”.

EAM has experience from owning, running and developing dealerships across the world. We are a multinational team that has worked with different teams & cultures across the globe; Europe, Asia, North & South Americas and the Middle East.

We work out of Brasil, United Arab Emirates, Portugal and Sweden and provide support in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Swedish.
