Andrew was just 6 years old when he entered foster care after his parents lost custody of him.

Over the years, all four of his siblings found permanent homes before he did.

Then, at 10, Andrew was placed with Dominique and Kevin Gill in Nashville.

For the first week, he barely spoke.

Then their son, Joc, asked him to play video games.

That small moment changed everything.

The boys bonded over gaming, Pop Tarts and simply spending time together, and Andrew slowly began to come out of his shell.

Two years later, the Gills asked him a question he had waited years to hear:

Did he want to become part of their family forever?

Andrew said yes.

In July 2020, the adoption became official.

After years of waiting while everyone around him found a home, Andrew finally found his.

ICE Deporting Dallas Muslim Leader Tied to Hamas-Funding Charity.

ICE is deporting 54-year-old Marwan Marouf, director of public relations and fundraising for the Muslim American Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.

Marouf, a Jordanian national who overstayed his visa and lived in the U.S. illegally for over a decade, was found to have provided material support to the Holy Land Foundation.

That organization raised tens of millions from American Muslim donors while funneling money to Hamas and was shut down after its leaders were convicted of terrorism financing. He is being removed to Jordan.

Alexis Rayford, a 47 year old Kansas City mother and grandmother, died after being shot while protecting children during gunfire at a family barbecue. According to her family, Rayford was died while actively shielding and protecting kids at the gathering. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

A lot of lawn care companies think bigger properties mean bigger money… but that’s not always true.

Those cookie-cutter neighborhoods can actually be way more profitable. When yards are similar in size and layout, you can move fast, stay on schedule, and fit more jobs into your day.

Think about it like this… If you can hit your minimum charge on a clean, smaller yard in about 15 minutes, you can complete several properties in the time it takes to cut one large commercial property.

Most commercial properties shop for the lowest bidder. That usually means more work, more fuel, more wear on equipment, and sometimes slower payments… all for less profit.

Sometimes the real money isn’t in going bigger… it’s in being faster, efficient, and building tight routes.

Work smarter, not harder.
