Lawn care & landscaping has one of the highest turnover rates in blue-collar work — and honestly, most of us understand why. 🌱💪🏽🚜

This line of work doesn’t require a college degree, a perfect background, or even a clean past. It gives opportunities to people with misdemeanors, felonies, hard times, and second chances. 🙏🏽💯 For a lot of people, this industry is what helps them get back on their feet, put money in their pocket 💵, buy a vehicle 🚗, feed their family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, and rebuild their life.

But let’s be real — this work is hard on the body. 🥵☀️ Long hours, heat, rain 🌧️, cuts, bruises, sore backs, and not always the best benefits. So when somebody decides to chase a better opportunity, better pay 💰, healthcare 🏥, retirement, or a more stable future for their family, hats off to them. 🎩👏🏽 No hard feelings.

Most landscaping helpers aren’t planning to retire from this type of work unless they eventually own the company themselves. 🌿🏡 And that’s okay.

Blue-collar work isn’t just about cutting grass. Sometimes it’s about survival, rebuilding, growth, and second chances. 💯🛠️🌱❤️‍🩹
