TAC – The Arnold Companies is hiring an 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 to do something genuinely hard: translate executive-level business objectives into production AI systems, then build them, ship them, and teach the organization to use them — all without losing altitude in either direction.
You will sit in rooms where multi-industry business strategy gets made. The next morning, you will be in the code. This role reports to the Director of IT with direct working access to the C-Suite.
If you:
✅ Possess 7+ years across software engineering and AI/ML
✅ Have built things that actually run in production, not just demos
✅ Understand the gap between a well-prompted LLM and an integrated enterprise workflow
✅ Can explain model tradeoffs to a CFO and pipeline architecture to the Chief Investment Officer, and you do not need a translator for either conversation
