Are you or someone you know looking for a summer job? Are you wanting some extra cash this summer?
Look no further and join our team this summer as a pool monitor at one of our PREMIER properties. We are currently looking for people to fill our pool monitor positions at 4 different locations around the metroplex (McKinney, Aubrey, Oak Point, and Arlington)! This position is perfect for high school students, college students, or anyone looking for some additional hours. We are looking for anyone over the age of 16 and encourage you to submit your resume and apply as soon as possible! Hiring begins now and training will follow shortly after. Pay is starting at $13/hour, and we are offering part time and full-time positions! We have hours on weekends as well as weekdays availble.

Premier Home Services has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Groundskeeper for a property in Wylie, TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
* Groundskeeping experience preferred.
* high level of attention to detail.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the amenities building. This requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure the company standards are correctly maintained.

Job Description and Duties:
Note: Responsibilities may vary depending on the property you are at:
* Maintain pocket parks
* Empty all trash cans
* Empty dog stations
* Pick up blowing trash
* Clean pool deck during the off season

Schedule:
5 days a week (4 hours a day), 1 weekend day required.
Pay: $14.50/hr / Weekly Pay / Perm Positions
* Training is Provided
