Today our company received a phone call. That reminded me why we do this.
A guy bought one of our hats at an event in Florida. He had never met me, never heard of Lunar before, but he liked the hat enough to track down our company, find our phone number, and call me personally.
He didn’t call to complain. He called to tell me how much he loved the hat.
You have no idea how much that means.
We’ve spent countless hours working on every detail, testing products, building relationships, and refusing to cut corners. Moments like this make all the late nights and hard work worth it.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about selling hats. It’s about creating something people genuinely love and building relationships that last.
