There is a gap between the authority you have and the authority people can actually see when they look for you online.

That was the whole conversation on Friday's stream. And I want to be clear about something: that gap is not there because you are not good enough or not working hard enough. It is there because your expertise has not yet been translated into something visible, consistent, and findable.

That is a completely different problem with a completely different solution.

I walked through a framework called GAP. Get Visible. Articulate Your Authority. Prove it Through Presence.

The part that tends to hit hardest for experienced coaches is the A. Articulate your authority. Because so many people with real depth are still describing what they do in language that is too broad to attract the right people.

Authority needs language. Your people need to recognize themselves in what you say. If they cannot hear their own problem in your words, they will scroll past without knowing you are exactly who they need.

Two different companies reached out asking to collaborate this week- one for software, one hardware. Not because I’ve been posting constantly. Not because I went viral. Because over time, my content started reflecting the level I actually work at.
