I don’t consult from a motivational space.

This is no knock on motivation, it necessary.

I work with clients who have a deeper conviction around what they are building, motivation is a by-product. Truth is you won’t always feel motivated and in those moments when you don’t, you have to be disciplined.

I’m also extremely secure around showing my clients my exact process. I believe scarcity only exists when you have a broken value filter.

My entire business is built on that model.

I cannot help my clients based on theoretical knowledge only, it’s also merged with lived experiences.

What I’ve been noticing is work had taught us to treat our businesses like a job. So many entrepreneurs have moved further and further away from the freedom they’ve built the business to experience, to dissatisfied employee. Of their own business 😩…

I remember coaching 300 clients on purpose discovery in 2017 and leaving the year at zero $0. Not because I didn’t have a full client roster, but because no profit is a symptom of a broken business structure.

What entrepreneurs want is the freedom they’ve built the business to enjoy. I’ve created this assessment that tells you exactly where your business system is stealing your profit.
