Recently completed 4 floating ball valve gas line tie-in’s . Its very important that these do not leak , so we started off with proper cleaning and fit up flowed by open root tig welding with 3/32” tig wire to ensure proper weld fusion at the root and finished out with stick welding.

Customer wanted his fuel transfer tank chopped down 5 inches so that it would fit in the bed of his truck with a tunnel cover installed . The tank was cut ,welded ,leak tested and returned with in a few days so that it could be put to use

We had an urgent service call today and acted in a quick timley manner to resolve the issue. The customer got in a situation where the fuel line on the bottom of the fuel tank ripped off the aluminum NPT flanged weld b**g and all the fuel drained out of the tank therefore making the truck immobile and due to time constraints the tank was not able to come off for repair . A new weld b**g was purchased the area was ground ,cleaned , and the new one was welded in .

24 inch Excavator bucket repair .
Started by heating the cracked area and once it was hot enough we were able to get it back into the proper place , ground the crack out from both sides and welded flush followed by a 1/4 inch reenforcing plate added to the bottom side to prevent this issue from happening again.
