We were honored to welcome Gigi Pedraza from to Dalton, where she presented on key findings from The State of Latinos in Georgia and the GA Immigrant Business Owners Needs Assessment.
Her presentation, tailored to key indicators and action items for our community, highlighted opportunities to strengthen and empower Latinos in Dalton.
We appreciate her time and expertise and look forward to carrying these key takeaways forward in our ongoing efforts.

The Latino community in Georgia is young, rapidly growing, and a major driver of the state’s economy, but continues to face significant barriers in education, healthcare, housing, and wealth-building that limit equitable opportunity.

Their goal is to document these lived experiences and preserve the history of our community in a powerful and lasting way.
