Price to profit or not to be rejected

Underpricing doesn’t just hurt you. It cheats your client too because you’re stretched thin, rushed, and operating on volume instead of value.

If someone says, “That’s too expensive,” the answer isn’t to discount yourself. The answer might be: we’re not a fit. The right people won’t argue with your price.

If you don’t know your numbers, someone else will decide them for you.
