On March 28, 2025 Governor Ivey appointed Byron Brackin as a Circuit Judge in Baldwin County, replacing retired Judge Joseph Norton. Byron left the practice of law and was sworn in the next business day. Brackin Law Firm is winding down and closing permanently. All clients have been notified but the main line is still operational for a short time if there are any questions. It has been a privilege to serve the people of Baldwin County since 1986 and we appreciate you choosing our firm for your legal services for so many years. Good luck to each of you.
