This 4,300 SF home was designed so our clients could live there for the rest of their lives. Resilient to weather extremes, the home provides a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment using passive solar strategies, exceptional air tightness, programmed ventilation and heating, and a photovoltaic system with battery backup to keep the owners comfortable during severe weather and power outages. Energy usage is 16% of a conventionally built home and is Passive House Certified.

This contemporary French Style Chateau home features views to conservation land from every room, a brick exterior and a slate roof, walnut floors, and unique interior detailing. The roof was designed to collect rainwater that’s stored in two underground cisterns for landscaping irrigation.
