Holiday Schedule – New Year’s Week

Due to the New Year’s holiday, Thursday and Friday customers will have their trash picked up one day late.

Exception: Customers in the DeKalb, Rushville, and surrounding areas will remain on their regular Friday pickup schedule.

Holiday Schedule – Christmas Week

Please note that during Christmas week, the landfill will be closing early on Wednesday. Because of this, our trucks will be running several hours earlier than normal. Please be sure to set your trash out early or the night before to ensure pickup.

We will be closed on Thursday, so all pickups will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

Exception: Customers in DeKalb, Rushville, and the surrounding areas who normally have Friday service will remain on their regular Friday pickup schedule.

Hey everyone, just a heads-up. The landfill is closing early tomorrow, so our trucks will be starting their routes earlier than normal to make sure nobody gets missed. Please have your trash out 2 to 3 hours earlier than usual. If you’re one of the folks who normally gets picked up first thing in the morning, putting it out the night before might be best. Thanks!

Holiday Schedule Notice

All About Trash will be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday.
Trash pickup will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week, except for Friday, which will run on its regular schedule.

In observance of the July 4th holiday, we will be closed on Friday, July 4th.

To ensure uninterrupted service:
• Dekalb and surrounding area customers: Your trash will be picked up one day early on Thursday, July 3rd.
• St. Joe area customers: Your trash will be picked up on Saturday, July 5th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we adjust our schedule for the holiday.

We are currently experiencing issues with our billing software. As a result, some customers who receive their statements via email may have received multiple copies. We are working with our software provider to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as it is fixed.
