Most people think their money problems are about income.
They’re not.

In My Book, I explain that most financial stress comes from a system that’s constantly misfiring ⚠️
Here’s what’s actually happening:

Chronic pressure.
Reactive spending.
Debt-driven decisions.
No clear structure.
All of it overloads your financial system.

The result?
• Constant money anxiety
• Feeling behind even when you earn more
• Living paycheck to paycheck
• No mental space to plan long term

Just like the nervous system, your money system relies on clear signals.

When signals are broken:
• Bills trigger panic
• Spending becomes emotional
• Saving feels impossible
• Every decision feels urgent

Why most people stay stuck:
Traditional advice only checks the surface.
“Budget more.”
“Earn more.”
“Cut lattes.”
But it never audits the system underneath.

In Hacking the System by Creating Your Own System, I show that real change happens when you rebuild the wiring:
• Clear money lanes
• Automated decisions
• Fewer points of friction
• Intentional rules that reduce stress

When the system works:
• Calm replaces chaos
• Decisions feel lighter
• Progress becomes predictable
Not because you’re smarter.

But because your system finally supports you.

Do you and your spouse argue about “small” spending?
This is why a lot of couples need a simple setup like a “dark account” or slush fund. It’s a small personal spending account for each person, so you can enjoy what you want without drama, guilt, or constant checking in. It helps reduce fights and keeps money conversations healthy.

Ten signs your money system is broken that I’ve learned to take seriously after years of working with real people… 💸

These aren’t obvious “I’m broke” signs.
They’re subtle patterns people ignore that usually point to a fixable cause.

Sign #1: You avoid checking your bank account unless you have to

Sign #2: You make good money but still feel behind every month

Sign #3: Your bills feel random even though they happen every month

Sign #4: You keep saying “next month I’ll get it together”

Sign #5: You use credit cards to cover basic living expenses

Sign #6: You get stressed when an unexpected $50–$200 expense pops up

Sign #7: You don’t know where your money actually goes

Sign #8: Your lifestyle keeps upgrading but your savings stays the same

Sign #9: You feel guilty spending money even on things you need

Sign #10: You avoid long-term planning because it feels overwhelming

In Hacking the System by Creating Your Own System, I explain why these patterns aren’t personal failure.

They’re signs you’re living inside a system that doesn’t serve you.

Do you ever feel bad charging clients for your expertise?
Profit is not something to feel guilty about. It means you created value. When you help people get results faster and better, you deserve to be compensated.
And when you earn more, you can reinvest in yourself and serve people at a higher level.
Shift your mindset. Profit is not selfish. It is necessary.

For a long time, I asked God for provision…
while letting fear decide how I handled what He already gave me.

In Hacking the System by Creating Your Own System, one truth became clear to me:
Fear creates noise.
Wisdom creates order.

Here’s what shifted when I stopped letting fear lead my finances 👇🏽

• I stopped avoiding my numbers and called it faith
• I stopped reacting emotionally and started responding prayerfully
• I stopped hoping money would fix stress and built structure instead
• I stopped asking “what if” and started asking “what is wise”
• I stopped separating God from planning
Scripture reminds us that God is a God of peace and order.

When finances are chaotic, fear multiplies.
When finances are clear, peace has room to grow.

Money didn’t change because I earned more.
It changed because I stewarded better.

Clarity invited peace.
Peace allowed consistency.
Consistency created increase.

If money still feels heavy or avoided, it’s not a character issue.
It’s a system issue.
