For the longest time, I thought I had to choose.

Be the dedicated doctor who's always available, always pushing, always proving herself. OR be the present mom who doesn't miss bedtimes and soccer games.

The healthcare world told me I couldn't have both.
That part-time meant less committed. That boundaries meant less capable.
But here's what I've learned: You can be both.
You can be exceptional at your work AND fully present for your family.

It just requires doing things differently than everyone else expects.
It means designing your career around your life, not the other way around.
It means knowing that your worth isn't measured by your hours logged.
It means being brave enough to want both—and smart enough to create both.

Nobody warns you that the practice you built to serve people can quietly turn into a job you're serving.

The long hours and the big overhead aren't proof you're doing it right. Most of the time they're just the default setup, and defaults can be changed.

A lean practice isn't a smaller dream. It's the same reason you got into this, with room to actually enjoy it.

Fewer hours, lower overhead, simpler systems, and a practice that still pays you. That's the whole philosophy. 💚

I've bought plenty of courses that just sat there, unopened.

A2A wasn't one of them.

Watching the live sessions and building as we went made it practical and easy to follow through on, especially because I already knew what I needed done. The momentum carried me.

Here's what I've been able to do:
✅ Relaunch entire websites
✅ Grow organic traffic across multiple businesses through SEO and GEO (AI search)
✅ Save 10+ hours of admin work with AI employees

Here's the thing about these stages: no one stage is better than another.

You can be a few years in and feel like a beginner in one area, or brand new and already ahead in another. Most chiros are a mix, and that's normal.

What changes is the kind of support that helps. What moves the needle at the start looks pretty different from what moves it once you've got a full schedule and a team to think about.

You don't have to have it all figured out to start coaching.

Somewhere along the way, a lot of us picked up the idea that you should have a plan, a niche, and a five-year vision before you're "allowed" to ask for help.

But the docs who move fastest usually aren't the ones with the most clarity going in. They're the ones who got support early, so the clarity had someone to build it with.

Maybe you're still deciding whether to open your own practice. Maybe you're a year in and second-guessing your systems. Maybe you're a few years in and something feels off, but you can't name it yet. Any of those is a fine place to start.

The businesses winning right now look NOTHING like the ones that won three years ago. ⬇️

I used to believe the path to growth was make more money, hire more people, manage more things, repeat.
Then I watched my friend Callan Faulkner build The Uncommon Business on 150+ AI employees. Not by grinding harder. By building an org chart where AI employees do the work most of us are still doing by hand.
