Congratulations 🎉 to Cole Childers at on his promotion!

Cole joined the team in January 2025 as an Exhaust Shop Tech. He was promoted to a Weld position in Exhaust on June.

He shared, “I was hired on with Wall Colmonoy while enrolled in the Welding program at Mid-Del Technology Center. I’m thankful that I was able to cross train and continue to develop my welding skills while working and am now in a welding position!”

Congratulations to Robert Johnson on his well-deserved promotion! 🎉

Robert joined our as a Welder in Heat Exchangers in October 2021 and was promoted to 2nd Shift Supervisor for Heat Exchangers and Exhaust this May. 🙌

Reflecting on his new role, Robert shared, “I’m very excited for the opportunity to support our team, build on our successes, and help create and even stronger 2nd shift.”
