We're currently hiring for a Lead Restoration Technician / Production Manager.
Lead the work. Set the standard. Help build a restoration company people are proud to work for.
Restore More Restoration is looking for an experienced restoration leader who is ready to take ownership, lead crews, and make a meaningful impact on every project and customer we serve.
This is an opportunity for a skilled professional who understands that restoration is about more than removing water or cleaning up damage. It is about making sound decisions under pressure, protecting people’s homes and belongings, communicating clearly, and delivering work that is safe, thorough, and done right the first time.
As our Lead Restoration Technician / Production Manager, you will play a key role in managing field production, developing technicians, maintaining high standards, and helping shape the future of a growing, woman-owned company with a strong culture and a commitment to doing excellent work.
What we are looking for:
● Proven experience in water, fire and smoke, mold, sewage, demolition, and related restoration services
● Current IICRC certifications preferred; WRT required, with ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or OCT strongly preferred or equal experience considered
● The ability to lead crews, organize job-site production, and keep projects moving efficiently
● Strong knowledge of moisture monitoring, drying equipment setup, daily monitoring, documentation, and job-site communication
● Professional communication skills when working with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, technicians, and office staff
● A dependable self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and does not require constant supervision
● The judgment and confidence to make decisions in the field while knowing when to ask for support
● A valid driver’s license and a clean, professional appearance
● A customer-first mindset and genuine respect for every home, business, and personal belonging you encounter
What you will do:
● Lead mitigation and remediation projects from initial setup through completion
● Direct, train, and support restoration technicians in the field
● Set expectations for safety, quality, professionalism, and productivity
● Read moisture, place and monitor drying equipment, and adjust drying plans as needed
● Maintain accurate daily documentation, job notes, photos, and production updates
● Coordinate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and the office to keep projects on track
● Maintain equipment, vehicles, materials, and job-site standards
● Help ensure all work is completed properly, efficiently, safely, and in accordance with IICRC standards
● Contribute ideas and leadership as Restore More Restoration continues to grow
