How about a new federal tax regulation that all stock gains for a calendar year could be offset by stock losses instead of just the $3K loss offset everyone is limited to???? People could actually survive a stock market pullback if that happened.

The Department of Justice has just released a memo today stating that the federal statute that prohibits handguns from shipment thru the post office violates the Second Amendment. The Department urges the Post Office to change its regulations. I assume that if anyone tries to ship a handgun it still would not be allowed until postal regulations are changed -- but that it would not be prosecuted by the feds.
