What happens when a community comes together? Beautiful things.

This event was about more than getting fit, it was about making a difference. Together, we raised money for a scholarship to help send a future barber 💈 to barber school, creating opportunities that can change someone’s life.

Seeing local businesses and more , friends, families, and community members show up for a bigger purpose was truly inspiring.

Another 12 pounds down. 🤯

That officially puts me at 112lbs pounds lost.

It’s still crazy to say out loud. Sometimes I look back and can’t believe I was carrying around the equivalent of a whole person. This journey hasn’t been about perfection, it’s been about me showing up, making better choices, and taking it one day at a time.

Being 7 months sober has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s given me clarity, discipline, and a completely different outlook on life.💙

The gym has helped, peptides have helped me consistently lose about a pound a week, but the real challenge has been the decisions nobody sees….choosing healthier meals, staying disciplined when it’s inconvenient, and sticking to the plan even on the hard days.

I’m grateful for the progress, but even more grateful for the person I’m becoming through the process. One day at a time. 💪

I got introduced to Red Light Therapy this weekend in California at the RETREAT and now I can’t stop researching it. 🔴😂

Apparently different light colors can have different benefits, and it’s becoming more popular for skin health, recovery, and wellness.

The biggest transformation hasn’t just been physical — it’s been mental, emotional, and in my everyday lifestyle.

I’m grateful for my trainer for pushing me to become a better version of myself. Not only have people been able to see the changes physically, but I’ve felt the difference in my energy, discipline, and productivity inside the barbershop and around my team.

Lately, I’ve been feeling more focused, more motivated, and more present for the people around me. And that matters to me because my goal has always been bigger than just cutting hair — it’s about making an impact on my team, my clients, and everyone connected to our journey.

This post is for everybody who’s poured into someone else, helped them grow, believed in them, and reminded them they’re capable of more. Sometimes the right people around you can completely change your life.
