We’ve got hundreds of people from AEC, CRE, infrastructure, transportation, design, construction, development, engineering, and probably at least three people who will say, “Wait, how do you two know each other?”

You can wander the block, grab a drink, hear some music, meet someone new, run into someone old, and see what’s been changing behind the scenes on Larimer Square.

Congdon Tours Supported by Swinerton.

A great round is never just about the score. It is about the conversations between swings, the partnerships that get strengthened, and the shared commitment to keeping healthcare environments safe, efficient, and ready for whatever the day brings.

CAHED, the Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineers and Directors, brings together the people responsible for the systems and spaces that support patient care, from engineering and facilities management to safety and the day-to-day decisions that keep an environment of care running well.

The CAHED 2026 Golf Tournament was a chance to step away from the day-to-day for a few hours and reconnect with that community. It brought healthcare facilities leaders and partners together for a morning of friendly competition, relationship-building, and support for the work happening behind the scenes in hospitals and clinics across Colorado.

Events like this matter because the strongest healthcare environments are not built in isolation. They are built through shared standards, shared lessons learned, and the relationships that make it easier to solve hard problems when the stakes are high.

Thank you to CAHED and everyone who joined in for an incredible day on the course. We are grateful to support the event with photography and to help share the people and community that make it happen.

Industrial projects only work when the space is built for real operations, not just a brochure. For Scanlan Kemper Bard (SKB), Midpoint Industrial is about creating flexible warehouse and office environments that can support the day-to-day pace of modern tenants and the industries that keep the Front Range moving.

SKB is a real estate investor, operator, and developer with a focus on Modern Manufacturing/R&D and Suburban Mixed-Use properties, and that long-view approach shows up in how they think about where work is headed and what tenants will need next.

Midpoint’s location between Denver and Boulder puts it in the middle of one of the region’s strongest talent and infrastructure corridors, with direct access to the aerospace and advanced manufacturing ecosystem that surrounds Broomfield.

That context matters, because the spaces SKB builds and modernizes are not abstract. They are the real-world backdrops for growth, production, research, and logistics, and they need to work just as well on a Monday morning as they do in a leasing deck.

For Midpoint, we supported that story with video assets SKB can use in marketing and leasing conversations, helping prospective tenants and partners understand the site, the opportunity, and what is possible there.

Thank you to SKB for trusting us with this work and for having us support Midpoint Industrial.

Facilities do not run on autopilot. The teams keeping systems performing day after day are the difference between downtime and continuity.

Hensel Phelps Facility Services supports buildings long after they open, delivering integrated facility management, operations and maintenance, and capital improvements, plus technical consulting services like commissioning, operational readiness, and warranty support.

This work is about protecting performance across the full facility lifecycle, from transitions and day-one readiness to the small, repeatable maintenance decisions that keep a campus reliable. It is also about reducing risk and keeping teams ready for the unexpected.

These headshots put names and faces to the people doing that work, the teams protecting uptime, supporting owners and project teams, and helping critical environments operate at their highest potential.

Thank you to Hensel Phelps for having us support your team with headshots and for trusting us with imagery that reflects the people behind the work.

Strong projects rely on the people coordinating the work day in and day out. RK Industries brings that kind of team-first ex*****on through cross-trade collaboration, combining specialty contracting, prefabrication, and modular systems to help projects move efficiently from planning through delivery

These images are about the RK crew: the communication, accountability, and pride that show up in the small moments on-site and add up to consistent results. It is the kind of work that rarely calls attention to itself, but it is what keeps schedules intact, issues solved quickly, and teams aligned.

Watching RK’s team in action is a reminder that multi-trade coordination is not just a process. It is people who know their role, understand the handoffs, and bring a steady level of care to every detail, even when the day moves fast. Captured during a day on the job at a new facility, it is a snapshot of what it looks like when ex*****on and teamwork are treated as a standard, not a slogan.

Thank you to RK Industries for having us on-site and for trusting us to highlight the people behind the work.

This outlook started the year with a clear read on what 2026 could bring. Now that we are in Q3, it is a useful checkpoint for what has held steady, what has shifted, and where AEC teams should focus next. Colorado 2026: Economic Outlook helped set that perspective.

Led by FMI Principal Julie Witecki, this luncheon brings a customized regional forecast for Denver and the Front Range into focus, then connects the data to the real questions firms are asking right now: where demand is growing, how priorities are shifting, and what that means for business development and long-range planning.

The most valuable forecasts do more than predict. They help teams build a habit of market research, spot trendlines early, and make decisions with more confidence. This session highlights practical ways to bring research into your day, understand the impact of geographic and demographic shifts, and translate uncertainty into strategy that is measurable and actionable.

Thank you to SMPS Colorado for creating space for the AEC community to compare notes, ask better questions, and head into 2026 with clearer priorities and stronger connections.

A summer bazaar is one of the best reminders that community is something you can actually feel.

Two Parts’ 2026 Bazaar brought that feeling to Larimer Square, turning a day in the city into a reason to slow down, browse local makers, and run into someone you know.

Denver Bazaar returns to historic Larimer Square for another season of shopping local. Every third Saturday from June through October, the outdoor market features a curated selection of 30+ vendors and makers with one-of-a-kind finds. It is free, dog-friendly, and open to all ages, so it is an easy yes for a weekend plan.

Two Parts is a big part of what keeps Larimer Square’s event calendar so strong, building experiences that make it simple to show up, support local, and spend time in the heart of Denver.

If you are in Denver, keep an eye on what is coming up on Larimer Square and make a plan to go. Thank you to Two Parts for creating this experience and for having us be part of it.

Big builds, bigger impact.

Swinerton is helping bring critical healthcare spaces to life at Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, where every phase of the build supports the people who will rely on it most, from patients and families to the teams providing care.

Projects like this demand precision, coordination, and an attention to detail that does not always show up in a quick progress photo. That is why documenting the work matters, not just the scale, but the craft and the purpose behind it.

This shoot captured the breadth of what is underway on one campus, moving through multiple distinct spaces in a single morning: sterile back-of-house zones like an operating room, the clean core, and a decontamination area, plus clinical buildouts across endoscopy phases 1 and 2, the orthopedics clinic (from exam rooms and an X-ray room to waiting areas and check-in), and a separate neurology clinic. Taken together, these images show how many pieces have to come together to make a medical center function smoothly, safely, and with dignity for everyone who walks through it.

Thank you to Swinerton and Banner Health for having us on site to document this project.
