Had a flooring company put leveler down on the basement floor and it ran into the floor drain and hardened. We had to jackhammer the old floor drain and p-trap out and install a new one and pour back the cement. I guess this happens frequently do to others on YouTube have done this.

Had a customer with a bar sink where the drain was draining up hill and didn’t flow properly and drained into the floor drain which is not up to code. I ran a new drain below the existing one and tied it into the plumbing stack. Also put a vent on the new drain and relocated the branched tailpiece before the ptrap for the small pump behind the icemaker. The pump was under the sink which was too high for the icemaker to drain into. Relocated the pump to the floor behind the icemaker so it would drain down to the pump reservoir.
