Set the reservation for SkyDiving! August 16th @ 7am it goes down at Skydive Moab! Literally and metaphorically! Thrilled. Nervous. Anxious. Delighted. Determined. Been proving to myself the past couple years I can do some hard things. Losing the burden of this excess weight ( also a literal and a metaphor) has been some of the hardest, yet most rewarding, work I've ever engage in. There's no turning back now. I did what it took to lose 120+ lbs. All that's left now is to claim my victory over the fear that preceeds exiting a perfectly good airplane with my life in another humans very capable hands.

Set big goals my friends. Hit them. Then reward yourself with things that are intangible. Things that fill your soul instead of your house or garage. (Unless it's a work of art from your local artist of course! 🔥🔥🔥) Slow down enough to figure out what the soul needs. Be inspired by stories like mine and the countless other humans who deal with hardships but show the perseverance and fortitude to overcome those challenges with a sense of equanimity and grace. Put your support system together. Put your people on notice that you're putting your best effort forward to change or transform and that their moral support will be invaluable to your journey. Couldn't be more grateful for my communities of friends that span back to middle school and are as recent as yesterday, my family, my partner, those I've yet to meet that I'm intended to, all of y'all. I love y'all.

40th birthday celebrations at mom's house on the 20th. I can't wait to see all you beautiful souls who plan on attending. MARCH 19TH, Hybred is hosting a special event to benefit People House who provide affordable mental health services to anyone who asks.
A special event will take place where a 2000 foot, or specifically, a 2744 step hike up the Manitou Incline for charity will go down. We are hoping to not only raise awareness for all the amazing things People House does for our communities but to raise funds to keep their services going. We are absolutely overjoyed to do our part.
