I spent New Years exploring the magic of Mexico City.

I always love starting the new year in a unique / different place to symbolize a fresh start - a different perspective for the year to come.

Previous years I've felt pressure, urgency, or sense of needing to have everything figured out.

I'm beginning this year with the intention to do / be different. Lean into creating, not consuming, grounding in body, and letting intention lead before action.

January is a great reminder that meaningful progress doesn’t come from rushing—it comes from alignment:

Just begin—clarity comes through action.
Allow space for reflection before resolution.
Nothing meaningful is built overnight.
Unlearn the pressure to have it all figured out.
Accept where you are without judgment.
Rest is part of the process.
You are allowed to start again, differently this time.

Curious to know what intentions you're bringing into 2026?

⚠️ Podcast Alert ⚠️

🔥 Growth Beats Comfort 🔥

Simply put, growth and comfort can’t coexist.

Growth is “the process of developing or maturing physically, mentally, or spiritually.” And by definition, that requires discomfort—asking tough questions, having difficult conversations, being genuinely curious when it’s easier to stay surface level.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on conscious consumption—what we choose to listen to, read, watch, and surround ourselves with. Every choice either reinforces our comfort zone or challenges us to grow. 📈

This episode with Rustin on the Training That Works podcast explores:
✨ Authentic connection > performance
✨ Curiosity > assumption
✨ Growth > comfort
✨ Transform > inform
✨ Journey > destination

If one person hears this and feels empowered to lean into discomfort and choose growth, I've done my job.

Stepping into May, I was nervous / anxious. I felt I was turning a page but not sure what it meant or how to fully embody the themes I was feeling.

It was a month not rooted in hustle or urgency—but in self-trust, presence, and aligned action.

It was about choosing progress over perfection, self-worth over self-doubt, and authenticity over approval!

🌼 May Mindset 🌼

M ove forward even when the path isn’t clear.

A llow yourself to take up space without apology.

Y ou are worthy of everything you desire.

What was your May like? What did you learn about yourself? What are you creating in June?

🌱 April Mindset 🌱

Acknowledge your needs without guilt.
Peace is found when you stop chasing and start being.
Remove what drains you, invite what sustains you.
Integrity means living your truth, even when it's hard.
Listen to your inner knowing before the outside noise.

April is a time of renewal—not just in nature, but within ourselves. A chance to come back to center, to listen more deeply, and to act from a place of clarity and peace.

✨ Less pressure. More presence. ✨

💭 MARCH MINDSET 💭

M ake space for growth, even when it feels uncomfortable.
A llow yourself to feel & evolve without seeking permission.
R elease what no longer aligns with your values and vision.
C hoose yourself without guilt or shame.
H onor your progress, no matter how small.

New month. New energy. New opportunities to grow.

This month, I’m deepening my commitment to prioritizing self-worth, growth, discomfort, and alignment. February was about leaning in, letting myself grieve and process loss. March is about continuing to show up for myself even when I don't want to and giving myself the grace to grow.

What’s your mindset for March? Drop a word or phrase below!

Healing also means taking responsibility for the role you play in your own suffering....

The path to healing is a lifelong journey, one of life's most profound explorations of self-discovery and growth that requires introspection, accountability, and responsibility.

There's a constant invitation for us to look within. Do we answer the call? Do we acknowledge our contributions to our own struggles and take proactive steps towards personal growth and resilience?

I envision a place of Radical Responsibility – where we take ownership for our side of the street (the good, the bad, and everything in between). Where we recognize and own our part in creating or perpetuating patterns that may contribute to our challenges.

While it's natural to seek external solutions or blame external factors, healing truly begins when we courageously accept our responsibility in our own suffering. This isn't about self-condemnation; rather, it's an act of self-acceptance, empowerment, and compassion.

We can't change something we don't acknowledge. It's through these courageous inward steps that we rewrite our narrative and shape our future.

Embrace the power of accountability and responsibility for how you show up in your healing and let the magic unfold.

Sacrifice what is comfortable for what could be incredible! 💫✨

Comfort is alluring. Comfort is known.

It provides a sense of Security. Safety. Stability.

It's natural to gravitate towards familiarity, to seek out the path of least resistance.

Yet, in our pursuit of greatness, we often stand at the crossroads of comfort and potential. Deep down we understand that true transformation and incredible achievements lie just beyond the boundaries of our comfort zone.

When we summon the courage to sacrifice the comfort of the familiar for the chance of the extraordinary, we unlock doors to new opportunities, growth, and experiences that once felt out of reach.

It's about pushing past our perceived limits, taking calculated risks, and embracing the discomfort of growth. Stepping into the unknown may feel daunting, but it's precisely in this space that the magic happens!

Here, amidst the challenges and uncertainties, we discover hidden depths, tap into our potential, uncover latent talents, dismantle limiting beliefs, and ultimately, realize our capacity for greatness.

Embrace the discomfort of growth for the chance to experience the fullest expression of you!

Eight years ago, I was asked a question that changed my life: "On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rank your life in the areas of purpose, fulfillment, and joy?" It was a thought-provoking question that set my brain-wheels in motion. I realized that my life wasn't as fulfilling as it could be.

So, I set out on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I asked myself, "What version of me would I need to be to up-level those areas of my life?" And that's when everything shifted. I started living with more intention, meaning, and purpose. I became more aware of my own strengths, values, patterns, and goals. And I started helping others do the same.

Over the past year, I've struggled with my self-limiting beliefs and the stories I’ve been telling myself around sharing my coaching and consulting business, Ethos, on a more public platform. These were the narratives and thoughts that held me back and kept me stuck. I was getting in my own way.

⛔ In a saturated market with seasoned coaches—what if I'm not up to par?
⛔ Fear of failure
⛔ Scared of the accountability that comes with sharing my passion project—am I truly prepared?
⛔ Worries about what my network might think.

But here's the exciting part: throughout my internal tug-of-war, I've come to realize that even though Ethos officially became an LLC in 2021, I've been actively supporting my network since 2017 with the same coaching and consulting services that I now provide to my clients. Success stories include impressive $50,000 salary increases, industry career shifts, achieving inner alignment with self and family, and more.

Now, I'm done playing small and am ready to openly share Ethos. I recognize that this is a crucial aspect of my personal growth journey. I am wholeheartedly committed to leaning in and extending my offering.
