We’re excited to announce that we’ll be having our first virtual cooking class that’s scheduled for Thursday, April 29, 2021, starting at 7 p.m. with the renowned Chef Corwin ().

This is a virtual experience like no other where participants will learn
how to make Caribbean Seafood Stew w/ Coconut Scotch-bonnet Sauce from start to finish, an array of techniques that are essential to use around the kitchen, and ask Chef Corwin himself questions. His culinary path started a little over 15 years ago when he was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition. He overturned it by eating high-quality food with all the nutrients, which also made him cognizant of how crucial and necessary it is to your body.

Chef Anthony has been featured in major media outlets such as , , , to name a few. He desires to ensure that he’s leaving a legacy for the future generations to come. Today we’re highlighting Jerrelle (), an award-winning author, food photographer, food curator, amongst others, along with her partner, Eric, who plays a pivotal role in her businesses.

After earning her graduate degree, she took her passion for cooking and put that into her first cookbook that earned a nomination.

In addition to the various roles that Jerrelle has, she is the proud owner of EJC Studio where she takes these incredible pictures of food that you see on her various social media platforms. New week. Give it your best shot.

Today we’re excited to feature Chef Tobias (), Executive Chef at & , former & player, and ’s Triple G winner.

His father had a West-African restaurant in D.C. for more than 45 years, so he’s been around food all of his life, and it’s one of the many reasons why he enjoys being a chef so much. It was during one of his offseasons that he decided to pursue culinary school.

‘Twas the night before Friday.🍷

Today we’re calling your attention to Chef Jason Howard (), a 2-star chef with more than 14 years in the culinary industry.

Being that he’s devoted to Caribbean food, he is highly aware of the lack thereof representation in fine dining, which is why he resigned from Sous Chef. He desired to see this cuisine get more recognition and evolve as other cuisines have. From there, he held several pop-ups that all sold out. Seeing this, he knew he was on to something exceptional.

Chef Jason’s career has taken him to various countries such as Italy, Spain, South Africa, to name a few. He uses ingredients of his native land, Barbados, and integrates them with French techniques that finish off on an exquisite plate.

Summertime is right around the corner, so what better way to get started early with Kevin Curry ().

How It Started:
His fitness journey began when he wasn’t pleased with his appearance, so it was at that moment that knew he had to do something different. Naturally, he purchased every diet cookbook that he could possibly get his hands on and began testing an array of meals with the correct portion size in mind.

How It’s Going:
Kevin created his platform, ‘FitMenCook’ to ensure that he stays on track as he continues on this journey. This also serves as a community of both women and men focusing on healthy meals and empowering one another all while accomplishing goals. Cheers to a new beginning!

We have the distinct honor to present Chef Nina Compton () on the final day of our campaign, owner of , and award-winning .

Being originally from St.Lucia, she grew up with the spices and flavors of the Caribbean. After deciding to pursue a career in the culinary arts, she worked at a hotel in Jamaica. This inspired her to head to the States and attend one of the greatest culinary institutions in the world, .

Chef Nina has had the pleasure to work at some of the finest restaurants and work alongside prominent chefs. She has received awards and accolades from and , amongst others. We value her for paving the way for so many culinary artists.
