The clock is ticking!

Q1 premiums and wage reports are due TODAY!
The Q1 2025 reporting deadline is here! Q1 wage reports and corresponding premium payments are due Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Please get your payments in on time to avoid penalties or interest.

With the premium deadline fast approaching, you may experience a delay in getting your premium calculation after submitting your wage reports. Don’t worry. You’ll receive an email from My FAMLI+ Employer letting you know that your wages have been processed and your premium balance has been calculated. You can move forward with making a payment after you get this notification. You’ll also be able to review your wage reports in the system at that time. Thank you for your patience.

You can always log in to your My FAMLI+ Employer account to check if you have any outstanding tasks. My FAMLI+ Employer sends notifications of required tasks from this email address: [email protected]. Make sure you whitelist it so that important messages don’t end up in your spam or junk folders.
