🚨Tacon 1 is hiring a Security Operations Manager in Denver.

We’re a fast-growing security firm supporting retail, construction, multi-family, corporate security, executive protection, and Fortune 500 clients.

This is a hybrid, hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple sites and managing day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years high-level security experience (military, law enforcement, EP, or similar)
• Experience managing multiple sites and personnel
• Background in executive protection and event security preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, real-world environments

Requirements:
• Clean background + ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to obtain required licensing within 60 days
• Strong computer/reporting skills and familiarity with communication platforms
• Willingness to work in the field and travel between sites

Compensation:
• $60K–$72K salary (based on experience)
• Opportunity for end-of-year performance bonus
• Growth path as the company continues to expand

You will report directly to company leadership and play a key role in scaling operations.
