Finishing up the week with a backyard renovation project.

For this project we relocated some raised garden beds, power-raked the uneven lawn, brought in some topsoil and hydroseeded.

Update on a project we completed in Derby Line…

Coventry project completed!

✅ Dig out foundation for waterproofing and backfill with sandy fill compacted in lifts.

✅ Install 400+ feet of perimeter drains around shop and garage.

✅ Install in ground gutter drainage from house.

✅Trench for underground electrical conduit.

✅Remove old concrete aprons from shop and garage.

✅Install stamped concrete walkway and garage apron. Install broom finished concrete apron along the front of the shop. Photos pending after sealant . 

✅Cut in pad for shop addition.

✅Widen existing driveway, make additional parking area, put in new driveway around the shop.

✅ Power-rake new lawn area for future planting.

✅ Redirect swale for surface water
