👀See the difference?

The bacon on the left shows what Atlantic Locker’s product looked like before adding their new Minnesota-made Daniel's tumbler. The bacon on the right went through the tumbler and was then smoked right alongside it for the exact same amount of time.

By extracting proteins from the bacon, the tumbling process gives the smoke more to hold onto during cooking, helping produce that beautiful color while enhancing flavor.

That's a pretty tasty example of what the right equipment can do. 🥓

Keri Weidmaier learned hospitality long before she entered the industry. As a little girl, she watched her grandfather run a neighborhood service station, greeting every customer as though they were his favorite, pumping their gas, cleaning their windshield, and making them feel genuinely cared for. That lesson shaped a career spanning nearly two decades at , Inc. Where she has served in purchasing, customer service, office management, and now sales. A five-time Account Manager of the Year and Million Dollar Club recipient, Keri believes lasting partnerships are built through honesty, organization, and doing what you say you'll do—even when the conversation is about a price increase.
