Lionbear Ventures is hiring a Lead Technical Grant Writer to serve our economic development organization, university-based accelerator, and innovation program clients across Michigan.
What you’ll do:
→ Serve as a strategic advisor for our accelerator clients
→ Write across a focused set of sectors including: Mobility & Advanced Transportations, Advanced Manufacturing, Product Development & Commercialization, Workforce Development, and Economic & Business Development
→ Work directly alongside our CEO and partner organization leadership to pursue funding through federal, state, and philanthropic opportunities

Partnerships leading to grants!

New Partnership Announcement 📣

We are proud to begin building Shiawassee Recycles! ♻️💙

This private nonprofit partnership is a countywide sustainability initiative created by the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce alongside our partners at Great Lakes Fusion and Resourceful Recycling.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Cook Family Foundation, we are building a one-stop shop that will connect and educate residents, businesses, and municipalities on the circular economy, waste reduction, diversion, and responsible recycling right here in our region!

Stay tuned for more news as we work to bring Shiawassee Recycles to life.

The Genesee County Housing Impact Fund is designed to help Genesee County build 500 housing units to support individuals and families in securing safe and affordable housing. This grant aims to address the housing needs Lionbear Venturesold income levels, first-time homebuyers, and qualifying populations facing housing instability.
