Work can feel isolating sometimes, especially when you are trying to lead with integrity, and you are not sure it is making any difference.

The great cloud of witnesses in Hebrews 12 is a reminder that perseverance through hard seasons is nothing new and that we have examples to look to when our own race feels long.
