While I was cutting a yard today, a neighbor stopped me and asked:

In this project, we cut back trees and bamboo that were growing directly against the house and created clearance around the structure.

⚠️ **Why does this matter?**

When vegetation is touching your home, it can:
• Hold moisture against the structure
• Make areas harder to inspect
• Provide access points for pests
• Hide potential damage
• Raise concerns during a termite inspection
