Dr. Deborah “Dr. DJ” Johnson-Blake is the CEO of The Writing Pad, LLC, a writing, editing, and consulting firm focusing on proofreading, editing, and customized writing. She is an award-winning assistant professor at Liberty University, a subject matter expert with expertise in servant leadership and management, and dissertation chair. Dr. Johnson-Blake is a corporate trainer and speaker, helping
participants improve relations and achieving personal and professional goals in the workplace and beyond. She also serves on several boards and committees. Dr. Johnson-Blake is the Immediate Past 2019-2020 President of the American Business Women’s Association Douglas County Charter Chapter, a board member for Beyond the Front Porch, a member, and on the nominating committee of the Junior League of Douglas County. Dr. DJ serves as a Douglas County Chamber of Commerce Diplomat. Dr. DJ is the 2019 Chamber Spirit Award recipient and the 2019 Woman of the Year for the American Business Women’s Association Douglas County Charter Chapter. Dr. Johnson-Blake was recognized as an Entrepreneur in the 2018 Edition of Who’s Who in Black Atlanta. She is the author of Managing Time on Purpose, co-author of Women Level Up and Lead and K.I.S.S.
