We're doing new (and fun!) things to kick off October 🍂 🍁. Starting today, we're opening a little earlier on Fridays. Along with our updated hours are a few menu additions. First up, a former secret menu item, Snakebite, now has a special place on the menu. For those of you who love all fermented beverages, it is a blended pint of a select b**r and c***r. Also, this month we'll be offering $5 pours of Modern Sparkling from 4 to 6 pm to celebrate harvest season. Yes, that's on Saturday too! We can't wait to see you!!

Help us celebrate harvest despite the devastating frost our region experienced earlier this season. Here are a few ways to do that:
- Visit our tasting room on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Shop with us at one of our farmers market locations; this week we're at Downingtown!
- Join us at Colonial PA Farmstead for their Harvest Table fundraiser
- Read the recently released article we contributed to in Philadelphia Magazine and follow their advice; don't cancel fall.

The photo of this bin, filled with ~1000 pounds of apples from the 2026 harvest is the only one out of the 14 we were expecting. Many thanks to all our friends that helped us bring in the harvest this year. ❤️

Take a peek at some photos from the 2025 harvest of Valley Creek Field Blend. On tap now, side by side with its 2024 counterpart. You can also enjoy two more c***rs, b**r, w**e, non-alcoholic options, and a few small plates we make in-house! Regular hours at the tasting room this weekend, Craft & Mercantile Friday from 5 to 8:30, and Rittenhouse Square Farmers’ Market Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.

1/5 Ripe and ready to pick Winesap apples. One of ten fruiting varieties with two more on their way to bearing.

2/5 Crates of apples transferred to bins for storage until the first few varieties are ready for pressing.

3/5 Ready to haul bins and equipment to the c***r press in the Boyertown area.

4/5 Fresh juice brought in right through our front door the day it’s pressed.

5/5 A workhorse piece of equipment, a pump that transfers juice from the tote to our tank.

Introducing the 2025 Valley Creek Field Blend. Velvety texture with notes of banana and classic apple acidity, with minerality on the finish. Originating from a one-acre hilltop orchard just south of the borough, this c***r is one we're extremely proud to make every year.
